I was going to say to eat more and don't worry about being totally clean in the off season....you're going to have to gain a little fat if you want to pack on the muscle

training wise, what's your current rountine? And give us a rundown of a typical daily diet so that we can better fine tune the areas that may need a little more help

One suggestion, to pack on slabs of beef to your back, do deadlifts. If you're already doing them, go heavier.......they'll help you overall

Like BigShug said, let us hear some info on what you are doing as far as your routine.
Also Welcome to the board. Tons to learn here.

so you only eat 2 meals a day...LOL....you need to eat way more....I used to only worry about getting in 50 grams of protein a day but now I worry about getting int the protein but more so the cals and carbs to....and that is when you will start growing....

I am glad that you are dedicated early....that mean you will have time on your side...you are small so it wont take long for you to fill out your frame.....but let me tell you make sure you gain as much as possible natural before you start using....if you plan on using......acutally you are too young to start thinking about that stuff..I am young but I did not do my first cycle untill I was in my first month of college

any opinions or suggestions..thanks

i used to do a similar split... I found I had more success with chest/tri and back/bi day.... thereby trying to hit everything only once per week... since if you do your bis when you work your back... and you hit your tris when you work your chest. *shrug* something you might try eventually.

I 100% agree with bigshug - I would also eat lots more if you're looking to gain weight. You can always shave off the fat when you cut.

Good luck, bro!

probably need more carbs 12 weeks out....but besides diet....cardio can take you a long way in getting lean.

your legs should cut up nicely.
