Can anyone think of a reason why I shouldn't use :

Applesauce:D for the carb loading phase. I would use about 340 grams on thursday and friday along with about 340 grams of white rice each day. Can anyone think of a reason why I shouldn't use applesauce on these two days? Anyone's knowledge is greatly appreciated, thanks.

It taste like shit and if it is processed I can imagine it has sodium in it....other than that extra water content from it? I dunno just wild ass guesses
