My good friend competed last weekend in the NABBA Mr Australia and took 1st place in his Class (Tall) and 3rd overall.

To say he is very happy is an understatement!

I would just like to say a public thank you to Skip for his patience and assistance with the prep process.

I have attached a pic taken 3 weeks out, will post some contest shots in the next few days.

Good deal. I was JUST thinking about your friend a couple days ago as I hadn't heard anything from you and figured it was getting pretty close to the contest date.
Tell your friend congratulations and if they have Krispy Kremes in Australia, to eat a couple for me. hehe

Diggs is doing his state titles in 3 weeks and the Nationals in 5 weeks (IFBB not NABBA).
