contest last week diet ???'s

hey...
i have a show in 2 weeks... just wondering the best way to carb deplete and load the last week...

i was thinking - mon, tues, wed doing about 75 carbs a day, probably oatmeal, but maybe granola (never carbed with granola though) chicken every 2 to 2 1/2 hours... 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil a day( or can i use peanut butter???) 3 gallons distilled water, and should i be consuming anything else??? (fruits or vegetables???)

thurs - 300 carbs (but not sure what kind) not sure if i need to take flaxseed or peanut butter, vegetables... 1 gallon or half of 1 distilled water by 6 pm...

fri - 400-500 carbs (what kind???) any vegetables or flaxseed, peanut butter??? 32 ounces of distilled water... steak and potatoes after weigh in...

i HATE yams or sweet potatoes...

any suggestions???

and also what should i eat the day of the show???

i am 210 right now... 5'11", probably going to weigh 190...

and should i use any ex-lax or tea???

AND OH, I AM TAKING 30 MG ANAVAR A DAY, 75 TREN 2 DAYS ON 1 DAY OFF... AND MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET HALOTESTIN IN WHICH I PLAN TO DO 25 MG 10 DAYS OUT...
