Things to cut out approaching competition?

As i understand it, these are the things i know of so far that you should cut out prior to a competition. . .

No tanning 1 week out (hold water)
No Leg training 1 week out
No cardio 1 week out
No Protein shakes 1 week out

Am i missing anything?
 
Don't shave the morning of the show(with a razor) as it releases Subcutaneous Edema.

I was planning on shaving completly thursday morning, then touchin it up friday morning n thats it, hows that sound?

Also, i read that skip doesnt go to bed on friday til 2am! Check in in most shows is like 8-9am. Is there a reason to get so little sleep skip? Except maybe the fact that you use slin.
