losing weight for npc northern ky

I have about 6.5 weeks until my contest on march 13 and I weigh 198 at 6.5 % BF and I have to get down to 187 to be in the middleweight novice. I have been stuck at 198 for about 2-3 weeks and I am worried I won't hit my weight.

My diet consists of 300 protein, 100-120 carbs, and 30-40 fat. I am doing cardio 3 times a week in the morning but don't want to do too much cause afraid of lossing to much muscle.

My cycle consists of test, eq, winny, clen, eca. I am going to do a trial run of shitloading 3-4 weeks out. I would appreciate any help and info you guys have to let me know how to get down to my weight class in time. thanks.
 
6 weeks to go and about 11 lbs over? Not a problem! Is this your 1st show? If so you will find that you can easily drop 5lbs + over night once you restrict your water. That leaves you with approximately 1 lb per week to drop. I would actually take 1 or 2 days a week and up your carbs to around 200-225 then back down to the 100-120. This keeps your metabolism high but helps add more fullness to the muscle. Otherwise keep doing what you're doing now. Also be sure to drop the EQ about 3 weeks out, what ester test do you have?

I personally drop prop about a week out, even that can cause slight water retention. Do you remember how much water weight you dropped when you restricted water intake the day before?

would like to know protien sources and carb sources also!.. Im getting ready one onther guy for this show! I live in the area so if help is needed email me!
 
My protein sources are chicken, 96% lean beef, tuna, egg whites, and protein powder. Carb sources are oatmeal and green vegetables.
