Protien Levels

I have found that my ability to gain weight is VERY dependant on my protien levels. I gain weight very easily when I jack my protien up. I was, at one time, taking in close to 600g per day ( lots of MRPs) I felt great big, full and hard as well as very strong.

Oh the other hand, I cant lose weight if my protien levels are high. Ive lowered my intake to 400g/day at present with out any cardio and I am losing right now-which is unusual for me, but I expect this to taper off soon. Normally I have to cut protien back to about 250g to see weight loss at 2 lbs/week. Again at present this isnt the situation.

Does anyone else have this dependancy on protein for growth or weight loss?
Or am I protien sensitive? what ever the hell that is...

I actually seem to need more protein while dieting to lose. I've also noticed in all seriousness that I need haircuts more frequently when on high protein.

I was gonna ask similar question.

What if we get a lot of protein without a lot of calories.
I have some protein drinks 40 g's protein only 180 calories I do eat but not as often as I should.

I 'm getting 200+ grams protein last 2 weeks and hitting supps and gym hard. The gains are coming I actually lost a bit of weight down to 242lbs.

And yes my hair is also growing very fast I must shave ed or have a beard going on.

Yes, I've found my weight varies with my protein intake. If Im losing weight to quickly I just up it by 50 g for a few days and see what happens. When my weight stabilizes I just do a little more cardio to compensate.
