what to do?

I just completed a trial run on shitloading last weekend and it went great except for the gut distention, which I can fix by not eating as much at one time. My vascularity was great and i was really dry and hard. The only thing I am having problems with is my hamstrings and glutes. I am lean and the striations are coming out in my quads but I can't seem to get rid of the fat in these areas. I am doing a.m. cardio 4-5 times a week but am afraid of doing more because I don't want to lose size in my legs. I am 4 weeks out from my show and am doing clen 2 on 2 off with eca and prop, winni, and halo the last 2 weeks. Would using T3 help or more cardio. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Depending on the person some people think t3 can make you flat. You are four weeks out and would still need to gradually up the t3. Personally I would try something else and use the t3 next time around. I agree might just be water.
 
I found walking on the tread mill at an angle really helped me. I also found when you drop your water it will tighten up alot assuming you are really lean.
I would also drop your prop and replace it with tren. Any kind of test will cause water retention. Fat in the lower body according to Dave Palumbo is caused by high estrogen levels so kick in arimidex and nolvadex immediately.
 
I can't get a hold of tren before the competition. I have been taking 10mg of nolvadex each day for the past 4 weeks and I just started taking liquidex at .5mg everyday. Does this sound right? I just dropped the EQ I was taking and I was planning on dropping the prop 1 week out and just use 1mg of liquidex a day for last 2 weeks to keep water down. When should I drop the winni or should I run it up to the show? Oh and thanks for the info so far guys, I really appreciate it.
