I am currently 4 weeks out from my 1st show and am taking these supplements: Glutamine, BCAA's, Phosphatidyl Serine, Yohimbe caps, Stacker 2, Alcar, Green Tea Extract, and ALA. I am also going to be using clen as well. I am very new to this and don't know which supplements I should stay on up until the show. I don't want to hold any extra water and don't want to look soft. Which supplements should I stay on up until the show and which supps. should I discontinue and when should I stop taking them?
