I was doing a little search and found these today. It's good reminder information and is kinda helpful. I learned about that when doing side poses to squeeze the ham of the bent (exposed) leg against the quad (hidden) in the back to make it seem larger which I never thought of or was taught.

All very good points- I would also add that when doing the rear poses , it is not necessary to take the rear foot all the way back- only a bit back and turned out to the side and bent- almost in a squatting position. As the article says its always good to practice using both legs in both rear poses.
