clen and t3 contest prep

for me I start it when I begin dieting down which is 12 weeks out. I would also add that if you are tkaing T3 you better be taking some AS to keep the muscle you have. T3 alone is not a good thing...
What kind of regimen are you running?
The key is here is not to use a boatload of AS but rather use enough to maintain what you have.
