Hi guys, my dog is 13 weeks out from a competition. He is planning on coming in @ 165. .

I want to know what would be the optimal cycle if you had the following in your arsenal:

Sustenon 300 mg/ml- 30 ml
Nandro/Dec 300 mg/ml - 30 ml
TestProp 100mg/ml - 30 ml
Stanozol- 100 mg/ml - 50 ml
EQ- 200 mg/ml - 20 ml
Parabolan - 1-- mg/ml - 20 ml

I have done a few cycles but want to best use this arsenal wisely and best.

Thanks for your responses.

Hmmmmm, i would most likely not use the sust or deca for contest prep as they tend to bloat. If i WERE(but we are all natural so its a moot point) taking a contest stack it would most likely be Prop, EQ, Anavar, Winny, Cytadren, proviron, phentermine, armidex, and GH. But thats just what i would take. Usually i would probably not kick the prop in right away though, i would most likely start off with some longer acting test for the first few weeks along with some anadrol to try and hold on to as much size as you can on a calorie restricted diet. I am sure a lot of people will disagree but jsut my .02.

Definitely not the sustanon or deca.
Use the prop, winny, EQ, and begin para about 6 weeks out.
Where is the femara?
Also are you using any thermogenics?
How are you coming along?

13 weeks out

I am currently running 25 mcg of t3 each day.
I am also running Liquidex ed.

I will kick in some clen in week 6 or so. I am cutting pretty well and will get a bf test done again soon.

My other concern is dieting. I have a six meal diet plan.

Meal1) protein- 4 oz chix breast or eq protein source
fibrous carb- veggies or salad
starchy carb- eating oats- no sugar instant
Meal 2)Same as above no starchy carb
Meal 3) Same as Meal 1
Meal 4) Same as Meal 1
Meal 5) Same as Meal 2
Meal 6) Same as Meal 2

I dont want to lose mass so i am low dosing the t3 and holding off on clen until like week 6.

What are your fibrous carb choices?
What about your fats?
You are not eating enough proteins. You need more than just one chicken breast.
What are your other protein sources?

Breakfast
1) Egg whites with one yolk* 6 w/ 2 yolk
2) Large bowl of oatmeal or 3 slices of minimum 2 cooked cups
whole grain bread
3) Fruit - best choices are apple, orange, 2
and/or pear for soluble fiber

Snack
Two cans of tuna or chicken or other lean 8 oz servings
protein food (beef, fish, pork tenderloin, etc)

Lunch
1) Lean beef, chicken breast, turkey 8 oz
breast, pork tenderloin, fish
2) Choice of sweet potato, brown rice, 1-1/2 cooked cups or 8 - 10 oz
beans

Snack
same as previous snack

Dinner
1) Lean beef, chicken breast, turkey 10 oz
breast, pork tenderloin, fish
2) Choice of asparagus, brussel sprouts, as much as possible
broccoli, and/or cauliflower minimum of 5 oz
3) Olive oil 3 TBS on vegetables

Snack

not applicable

hmmm.. For me, I would not be doing the fruit- too much sugar.
I still think the protein isn't enough.
The rest of the carbs look ok like the brown rice, oatmeal, and sweet potatoes.

I think I am doing fine. I am practicing posing every night, and with a coach on Saturdays. I am 6.07 BF at 173 and expect to come in @ 163-165. I am having fun and keeping it real!
