WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR GUYS GOALS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR? DONT HAVE TO BE COMPETING MAYBE GAIN 10 LB LB OR CUT BF LETS GET YOUR GOALS HERE AN LETS WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE THEM!!!!!

Been looking to get at least a four pack before the end of July.
I've given up trying to lose my love handles.
What your plan for this to happen bro,low carb diet or cycle carbs,add more cardio?
 
all of the above my man.
not had a single carb meal today..looking forward to some rice and black beans with pork fillet as we speak.
carb loading on leg days only as it would just destroy me if i tried no carbs on leg day.
up the cario to 2-3x HIIT pw..45-60mins
but with kids and cheese cake some times its so hard to stick to.
i try to hit 1-2 carb meals a day the rest is just brocoli and chicken a protien shake if im working out that day..or if i have a late dinner maybe a casien shake for bed.
shit that reminds me i did have more carbs today i was feeling real shacky after gym so i banged a 100+ grams of oatbran in my shake..
but you get the general idea right.?

my wife does these kick backs and she has a great ass..:moon:
 
Yeah I hear ya. I do to most heavy days. But if I'm cardio or had a good breakfast I will just have veg and protein.
Plus it can get hard when we don't eat till 8pm and its pasta or some thing.hate eating carbs so late when trying to lose some man fat.

This is a baked Madagascan vanilla and lemon cheese cake with a blueberry brandy syrup. How can I not eat this. Lol. I hate my wife for making it. Hahaaaa not really it was tasty.

For me I don't think i can dedicate what i need to to compete would like too but I have a full time job and another business so makes things difficult. Right now I have been leaning up for summer I am currently 201 down from 216 about 2 months ago. My goal is to start adding back weight in September and to be at 235 by January while holding less than 14% bf right now im around 11% bf. Probably not going to get much leaner due to being lazy and not wanting to do cardio. I spend as much time as i can on the lake LOL

As far as the rest of the year goes, I'd love to experience "Blowing Up" that I hear guys talking about all the time.
I'm talking about gaining 20-30lbs in 6-8 weeks.

I've only made my way through a few cycles, so I'm fairly new to chemical enhancement (about 9 months), but I'm hoping to find something that really works for me before the end of the year.
I've slowly achieved results over the last 2.5 years naturally (lost 30-35lbs, and added maybe 10lbs muscle), and I'd really like to speed things up a bit.

I have a pretty nice stash that contains several things I haven't tried before, so hopefully I'll find the right one soon enough.

Anyway, I'm not gonna jack this thread.

I'm mainly here to listen to what you guys have to say, and learn as much as I can.

Hey Brother, when you do HIIT do you sprint for 30s and rest for 30s? And do you do this for 30 - 45 mins?
 
I want to lean out in 6 weeks. Going to try one of those Training progs from Bodybuilding com. Anyone use the site for training plans?
