SO TODAY I GO TO THE GYM DIDNT EAT RIGHT YESTERDAY FELT LIKE SAYING FUCK TRAINING TODAY BUT WENT ANYWAY,WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO GET THRU YOUR WORKOUTS? I MADE IT THRU BUT NOT SURE HOW PRODUCTIVE IT WAS OH WELL TOMMORROW ANOTHER DAY!!!!!
 
I truley prey for will power and god comes threw everytime then I thank him after the workout. No lie this is what I do
 
I work out at the new Health and Wellness center at the University I attend and work at. The Facilities are absolutely amazing, and the view is even better......... that's my motivation!
 
I just push threw it when I'm not feeling it! No secret to my success or anything like that I can share lol I simply have done it so many times that it's easy to just go through the motions when I'm not feeling it
 
I'm flat out tired. I have been on stimulants for years. A day without and I can't function. As a matter of fact I now have some delayed arrhythmia. Not sure also if I'm hypothyroid. Last time I did a test I was fine but lately somethings changed. So for me to get out of bed is hell. I have to pray for strength. I then do a quick set of push ups. When I make it to the gym I have to push mentally with everything I have otherwise I just go through the motions.

At times good music and motivational videos help as well.
 
i remember in my mid 20's every night laying in bed while trying to fall asleep thinking about what i was going to train in the gym the next day, what exercise, how many sets, what i might wear to show off that body part being worked, if it was legs, i would wear tights, chest and the like a string tank top lmao, and i would get all pumped up in bed just thinking about the next days training session……I don't have that anymore lmao, don't get me wrong i love training and its a life style choice for me , its who i am and what i do, but i don't have the same degree of fire as i did 15 years ago
 
Got my motivation my lady ex hubby put it out there that he will beat me at next show,haha he never has an never will,dont poke the sleeping lion asshole its on!!!!!!

I have also walked out of the gym and saved training for another day because of motivation that day. I rather rest a extra day vs have a shit workout!
