Any and all questions, or even comments on what kind of grind you guys have been running. All is welcome.

I've got one for you:

One body part I feel is lacking the most is my lats. I have some size on the upper half but the lower half just is not there and I have always made my lats a priority in my workouts but still not much to show for my efforts. When I flex them they come out but unflexed they almost look non existent. What exercises can I do to build overall mass on them and what rep/set range would you recommend? And I seem to always use my biceps too much to finish the movement. I've heard about imagining that your hands are just hooks and only pull with your arms but it still doesn't seem to work and my arms get tired before my back does.

Well, for one, if you're limited by the way you're musculature is originated and inserted, then there is not much you can do. You're telling me when you flex that they show up....which tells me that you have some size. To build size, hypertrophy training is best of course, which is 2-4 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise.

Perfect reps make a perfect body.

Mind muscle connection has to be strong while working the back. I use straps they help me to take the arms out of the equation.

a lot of guys turn their lat pull down into a row...it makes me sad watching it day after day.

I did pull downs and rows for a long time. Right now I'm trying t-bar rows, then close grig pull downs, then close grip seated rows. What's your fav move for mass building?

Im a huge proponent of full body routines with lots of multi joint movements. Those have proven time and again to put mass on a person.
