Back - Dead lifts from the floor
Triceps - Close grip bench
Biceps - Seated Dumbbell curls
Quads - Barbell squats
Hams - Stiff leg deads
Calfs - Donkey raises
 

Chest - Flat bench
Shoulders - Seated DB Press
Back - Pulldowns
Triceps - French press
Biceps - Seated Hammer Curls
Quads - Hack Squat
Hams - Stiff Leg Deads
Calves - Standing Calf Raises

Quads - extensions or hack squats I cant decide lol
