How to reduce BD from 15% to 10%

Hi everybody,

After 6 months of solid tarining and very discipline diet i achieved 15% bf from 25%. The problem is that i have stack on 15% and no matter what i do i cannot reduce it further.
Some info.
I am 44 years old, 81kg, 177cm.
Cal/day 2600 Proteins40%, Carb40%, Fat20%.

Currently i am on the last week of pct (drol, tren, test) but still i do 5 iu GH which i will increase it soon to 10iu.

I use ECA two weeks and then two weeks Clen.

My training is:
ED 30min treadmill HIIT before weight lifting.
Day1,4: Bench press 9 sets (30min)
Day2,5: Dead lifts 9 sets (30min)
Day3: Squats 9 sets (30min)
Kind of Bill Star

Weekends 10km running

I DO NOT want to lose weight instead i would like to go from 81kg to 82kg. The idea is to lose fat and drop bf from 15% to 10%.

What i was thinking for diet is carb cycle.

For the training i do not know what change should do.

I was not sure weither i had to open this topic to this thread or to diet.

Have you tried your HIIT cardio after your weight lifting? Also try to add in fasted cardio in the morning when you wake up for 20-25 mins. That seemed to make a huge difference for me when trying to lean down.
