Try this conditioning workout

Take 65% of your heaviest training weight for deadlift. My example is 385 lbs for 6 or so reps is my heaviest deadlift set. Multiply that by. 65 and I get roughly 255. So, load the bar with 255 and put it on the floor near the chinup bar.

You're gonna need a couple heavy-ish dumbbells, too. Not sure how to calculate that. I bench 295 for my heaviest set when working chest; I use 90 lb db's for inclines after that. So, I used 75's for this. Put those right near the loaded barbell.

Do 5 chinups; immediately do 5 deadlifts, no rest; do 5 db presses lying on the floor, again, no rest. You do this cycle every minute. Whatever time remains in the minute is your rest. So, obviously, time it. It's easier if someone else times it for you.

It took me about 45 seconds to do all 3 exercises the first round; I got slower. I ended up with 10 seconds rest between sets. I spent 9 of those 10 seconds on hands and knees trying to catch my breath!! I did 10 cycles of that this morning with a few minutes rest midway, after the 5th cycle. HOLY SHIT!

Go on, try it!
