So here are some uptodate pics of my chest...i havent flat benched in a while(atleast a few months), focusing on incline and flys. Im just about to the point where im not gonna workout my chest till when i feel the rest has caught up. But i do notice my chest getting fuller since im doing more incline now, kinda starting to grow some upper chest, and i like that...but the lower chest is what bothers me ALOT

keep at it then bro if u just started building ur upper pecs then dont change anything and keep doing what ur doing

alright so most of u say to keep working it out...its far ahead of the rest of my body tho, so i look pretty weird with my shirt off. So if any of yall want a thick chest like mine just do alot of press work. I did ALOT of chest presses and NOTHING else when i was like 14...thats why its ahead of the rest of my body. I only use to work out chest. big mistake

im just wondering if i do stop working my chest out-will it become saggy?

No, it won't become saggy. It still receives indirect work from other exercises.

Well, for me, my arms were ahead of everything else. It has been tough, but I have backed off from doing a lot of direct arm work, only doing one exercises of direct arm per week (say curls or preacher bench) with everything else hitting them indirectly (like when I do any kind of pulling movement). My arms have come down in size a bit--hovering between 18.5 and 19" now (used to be 19.5", but I've been able to bring up my chest and lats (and even my legs) so now I look a lot more balanced than I did.

If it had been chest, I would have backed off the same way, limiting the amount of direct work to the chest while concentrating on lagging body parts.
