Im sitting around 250ish right now...Gotta keep that B.P under control..I tried to get up to 260ish...but my b.p. got to high...Cause, I was holding to much water and fat..so now I know I need to be leaner at a higher weight...

Yeah I hear ya. I finally got the right meds for me to control my blood pressure. What are you taking or are you on meds?

Fluid sucks. When I get around 250 my bp goes up too. Looking big nuk. Good to hear you are doing better by the way Chris.

Shit bro, you're way bigger than I am. I'm also in Chris250's boat. I had to cut my last workout short and go straight home and go to bed due to extreme flu - like symptoms. I took some valium and laid in bed for a couple hours and got better, but I'm pretty sure its my BP. Usually its about 120/70 last visit it was 140/90, but they attributed that to the deep tissue massage I just had a few minutes prior.

I take Lisinopril 20mg (split up morning and evening 10mg each time)

amlodipine 5mg (once a day in the evening) I take this in the evening cause it makes me kinda tired...

I also took a beta blocker, but im trying to get off of that...that was mainly for my heart...

Damn, all you guys at 250 and above...makes me jealous. I hope I can get to at least 230-235. That would look huge on my smaller structure. I'm feeling good though, maybe this year will be the year I get close.

I take Lisinopril 20mg (split up morning and evening 10mg each time)

amlodipine 5mg (once a day in the evening) I take this in the evening cause it makes me kinda tired...

I also took a beta blocker, but im trying to get off of that...that was mainly for my heart...

I was taking Lisinopril, but it wasnt doing a damn thing for me. So finally they put me on some strong stuff. I take Clonidine 0.1mg a day, and now my bloodpressure is the lowest its been in over ten years.

and yes it runs in my family.

Sheeyut, you guys have 100 pounds on me. I'm about 160 now. Still researching for my first cycle. Saudades, I'm going to try to go the the doctor in a few weeks to check my testosterone levels first. If nothing comes from that I will probably try some Naps.
