Somedays are harder then others, but eating 5-6 meals in a day to hit my goal of 300+ grams a day of protein sometimes feels overwhelming. Somedays I'll drink more shakes and eat less and feel much better.
What are your guys preference/experience?
I started this bulk at 212, trying to get up to 250 by the end of the year so I'm trying hard as hell to eat like a 250 pound person would...
