Growth hormone isn't like using steroids. You can adjust the dosage up and down as you go. You don't have to run a dosage that is too high or too low.

retatrutide Works pretty good. You can do one milligram the first four weeks, then increase it to two milligrams going forward. I think that's a good dosage to use.
