*i prefer chocolate most of the time, but i will use other flavors on accassion...but, orange/vanilla is the worst flavor ever made!!!
whey...
i like whey protein in the mornings...i normally take in about 66g of protein for breakfast & an apple or a bowl of cereal...
they whey gets into your system faster then food does...i think you need that since you have been asleep all night & need something quick...
