I have been working on my overall fitness size and muscle density for about 6 months now and one of the problem areas for me is lats and hams. I lift everyother day currently and I start doing cardio 3-5 days a week for 30-45 mins. what can i do to make these muscle grow?

well i just wanted to throw in some new input i had my first experience with the fake boobs yesterday and it was different but i still liked it so natural as long as they dont sag but over all boobs are good

I have been having great gains in the gym and cut about 4-6% body fat so im around 11-13 % and i can see all the vains beneath my skin bit they don't really "pop" out. is there anything that helps with that?
I have a 2004 Yamaha R1 nothing done to her shes a beast already 152 HP to the wheele. For your first bike you should get a used 600 because everyone lays there 1st bike down and bigger bikes cost more to fix plus liter bikes kill alot of new riders because the throttle is so touchy. just my .02

I never really thought about this until i was looking throught a mag and noticed that body biulders tend not to have tattoos and if they do they are not big tats.
do judges penalize for tattoos? Or is that alot of body builders just dont want them?
