I’m up 2 pounds and was 184 this morning at 3 weeks out. I’m a little behind schedule, but overall happier with these pics as compared to last week. I wore my more conservative Cherry Bomb trunks for these. I think I’ll stay with them, particularly now that I’m doing Classic Bodybuilding.
I dropped my carbs, increased my protein, and gained 2 pounds this week. I haven't lost much if any strength but fatigue a bit quicker. I feel great otherwise. I'll get some new pics with better lighting.
It sucks getting old. I still have some abdominal & back fat to get rid of. Loose skin around navel is awful, but I’m doing it! Just getting back onstage at 58 is enough. My warmup show is in 4 weeks and it’s 8 weeks to the Rhode Island’s.

I was 185 this morning at 5 weeks out.
I probably have at least 5 more pounds to go based on appearance. I’ll post some pics up when I have a chance.
I am now down to 188lbs at 5 1/2 weeks out.
I registered for the Masters Classic Bodybuilding 50+ and Open Classic Bodybuilding classes. I can’t wait to step onstage again after 16 years.
