Heres the others. This is perhaps the best gains I have ever had other than when I first started with DC and doing quite a bit of gear. Not that I gained alot of weight but good solid gains that I kept.

Bumping this back up. I ended up at about 235 by Dec. Applying the above. I have pics but cant get them to fit....pics are too large. Anybody got suggestion?

I wouldnt do without it now. It eliminates almost all the bloat I used to get with post workout carbs/shake. I am starving an hour later, where as I used to have a hard time getting that meal in because of the bloat.

Alright. just an update. I took some time off but been back on the IGF now for 1 week. I am now 225-226. This is freakin awesome. Not any leaner but just as lean as I was at 212. No AAS, just my HRT and IGF. Feel like I can eat anything I want.
Yep, any day. The gains have leveled off some. I consider myself a hardgainer from the aspect that my natural test levels have been moderately low(w/out HRT)for some time now. I have an ectomorph build but with lower than average T levels I find I gain weight around the mid -section quicly. So...
