if theres no puss, then i doubt its an infection. it might be just a reaction from the ba.

im no doctor, but first off you dont want to be massaging it if it is an infection. what i have done in the past was to inject a needle into the area are draw out as much puss as i can. i then take a weeks dose of amoxcilin. good luck. our you could just go see a doc.
