Where are the best places to inject steroids. I used to shoot up in my glutes, which wasn't a problem, but I recently learned that the fat in your ass could be trapping a good percentage of what you think your getting.

I was confused on the poll. Was that sets per exercise or sets total for that muscle. I agree with QBMUSCLE
. 12-13 sets are just about right for a good tear down and complete workout.
