    That is my goal. Trying to get where I can walk back-and-forth to the mailbox without getting winded. I have never had lung issues before and this is the worst.

    Not getting enough oxygen when I train. Barely able to have enough oxygen just walk around right now. My right lung is on the verge of collapsing due to inflammation and irritation due to Covid.

    Bad news, docs have told me that I have to stop training until this deal with my lungs are healed. So I am going to try and drop body fat and just lean out. This sucks!

    Ok, I have heard that if you take clomid, you can shoot ropes like porn stars? I don't know if that is true or not but would like to hear everyone input.

    Best way to train shoulders

    Still one of my favorite things to train, even though my shoulders are shot. I have to go slower. I spend more time under attention and nowhere near is heavy, but the pumps are unreal and I feel like they’re growing now that I’m back in the gym.

    So blood sugar was 273 this morning. All the medicine that I’m on for this Covid cough is really driving my blood sugar up. I’m trying to increase a fat drop the carbs to mitigate the issue.
