You need to get allot of things in order. You are taking allot of gear and your diet sucks, you eat 2 meals a day????? calories under 1000-850, t3 at 175mcg. I would do as everyone said, personally i think you have no busniess taking gear.

If you have seen a cap-m-quick capper it would be hard. You fill 50 caps at once, they all fit in a flat that holds then you put a mound of product and spread it around till they are all filled in and then dump off the extra, tamp then and fill the rest. The only way i can figure how to do it is...

Thes mofos are good as shit. I think your ammounts of carb and protien may be a bit off. 1 TBSP has 7 carbs by itself plus the strawberries would be atleast 12-15 carbs. What i did was use 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, which is about 2-3 carbs and then the strawberries. This makes it about 7 carbs I...
If you were using regular ala at a low does thats why. Most people that see the results take a high does of regular ALA or they use r-ala ant 1/3 of the dose as its 3x as strong.
