Outside of the gear I'd probably look at eating more as well if you're not already. It's gonna be hard to grow consuming under 2,000 cals a day especially with how much you're doing for exercise

It's a combination of both. Every study I've ever read always ends up having very minor differences between muscle size when comparing high load (weight) vs high rep training. Varying your training stimulus is going to be the biggest factor in the long run

Also I often dont lose any weight (body or lifting) until towards the end of my pcts anyway if at all. 2 weeks would be a pretty quick drop off
