Looking for your recommended dosage on TB500. I've heard many different things from people. Some people say you can do 5 to 10 mg twice a week. Other people say you need to jack it up to 15 to 20 mg the first couple weeks. What do you guys think? I'm 48 years old and would like greater endurance...
