    Tirzepatide for six months. What do you think?

    I'm thinking about trying Tirzepatide for six months. I'm 320 pounds and I'm desperate to lose weight. What do you think about using Tirzepatide? Would this work well? I was thinking maybe 4 mg a week or is that too high?
