    Yes.. the meat alone is 1lb, gotta love it... I am 6' 2.25" and 190lbs. 6' 3" [cuz I am 21 and with IGF might grow another inch =P] and 225 lbs ripped would be big for me. I am going for athletic, not monstrous.

    I have been stalking around the boards and I am thinking of doing 60mcg brown down into 2 x 30mcg doses 5 days on 2 days off til I finish 2mg which is a little under 7 weeks. My pecs and back could use a little boost to get me back into lifting and I think IGF will help do that.

    I am 21 years old 6' 2" 190lbs. I am in all around good shape. I haven't lifted in 3-4 months though. Never was huge into lifting, but I really want to make a push this year. I don't condemn those that use gear, but that stuff is just not for me. I simply don't wanna deal with the side-effects...
