At Least two months now... My next go round will be with MGF OR I will go with an IGF/MGF cycle. I gotta ask my buddy again what he was saying to do. I think it was rotate MGF and GH on and off. He also liked the idea (scientifically and anecdotally) of using MGF in conjunction with GHRP

no just alanine... beta is different. You would purchase it online from someone like BAC. I forget where I got mine. Pure Amino. Its like little crystals. Supresses appetite a bit and is muscle sparing by nature. Great for dieting with or without DNP

Try this: 2g of pure alanine and/or 2g leucine with 8oz water 1/2 to a whole apple (organic so you can eat the skin) Should get you through about 10-12 hours

I have seen it, and it looks attractive... But I have enough ghrp-6 for awhile, I am trying my buddy's 'prescrip' of alternating MGF and GH, and then I would like to hit some IGF again, as the last time I applied it everyone was still suspending it in BA. I definitely raised an eyebrow though...

An apple at night is actually a GREAT idea. The fructose will carb up your liver and all night furing your 'fast' your body will NOT think it is starving and attack any precious muscle tissue. And fibrous to boot!

The little bit your temp is moving is just about the same it would if you were NOT on DNP. Simply taking your temp that many times per day and not doing it rectally (which I assume you are not) there is going to be some fluctuation, and error based on the quality of the instrument... Great job...
