I live in the south and overall the summer so far has been unseasonably cool compared to past summers, but the past few days have been sooooooo humid. The last few days have been hot and humid 90+ and I think our gym manager does not believe in air conditioning.
I used deca about a year ago. I got really great results from it, but I did not lose my period. I now use anavar and my periods tend to be a little irregular, but I think most of it is because my body fat is lower and that will really screw with your period. But everyone is different.
