Thanks guys.I'll aspirate for every each of my next shots.Anyway I did another shot of susta today into another glute,it went just fine.I became kinda paranoic about not following dosage schedule.I'll better shoot more than less. i took 20 mg of nolva just incase of aromatisation.

Mond.,Wendn.,Friday.,Sun. with 125mg shot wich is half of 1cc-sustanon. Do I have to split 400mg of deca on several injections as well or one 400mg...
