    I've been power lifting for some time, and I know personally when I was doing heavy deads, and sometimes squats I'd take 2 immodiums before I lifted. It does not make you constipated, but be prepared for a BIG shit.... haha

    Cycle Day 1!!!!!!

    I hate eggs, so I drink 12 egg whites every morning. I've been doing it for almost a year now and still haven't gotten sick. Knock on wood! I don't know why but oatmeal goes in and out of me way too fast, so I eat 1 cup of brown rice in the morning instead.
