First competed in 1990 as a teenager. Last competed in early 2000's. Have a kineseogy degree from Princeton university and nutrition science B.S. from NYU. Ive run a personal training business for the last 20 so years. But, I try to focus on athletes or (Even better) competitive physique athletes.
