I can't seem to lose weight on anything. I've tried all kinds of diets and nothing seems to work for me. I might lose a little bit of weight then I'll gain it back. This is why I want to try Tirzepatide. I'm 265 lb and I would like to drop about 40 lb. Two mg a day, would it work well for me?
