@EMW14 definitely a carb-heavy meal right there. Make sure the sauce you use for that pasta and meatballs is very light. I use a very high-quality pasta sauce that doesn't have any irritants in it, and it's a very light product. I don't put very much.
@Mobster That's definitely someone who knows how to push themselves in the gym right there. I got to get me one of those shirts, as I'm definitely part of that club
@EMW14 raw oatmeal is not a bad idea for carbs. Just make sure it's good quality. A lot of the oatmeal out there has added sugar and junk that they put in there.
@ChuckaZulu67 can't help you with the trunks to wear. I'm the last person to ask about anything regarding fashion. I didn't even notice you were wearing those haha.
@EMW14 I think it's a really good idea to stack in either Masteron or Proviron. The Masteron you're doing is going to be really smart to balance out the Deca. If you decide to keep running Deca, then definitely run either Proviron or Masteron with it.
@Noah Wixx great job brother. I like the hamstring curls and the cable leg extensions. That's a good workout you're putting together on your legs. I'm sure your legs are going to improve quite a bit. Looks like it.
