@Hangone wow that is a long time away from training. it must feel great but scary to get back. i'm sure you have to work through some initial bumps but will pull through

@JeffSter Nice man. The Brussels sprouts sound really good with the protein source. I also like the smoothie you put together. Not bad at all. you're not putting too many ingredients.
