wk 1-20 test-cyp 1250mgs week
wk 1-20 eq 800mgs week
wk 1-13 tren-e 600mgs week
wk 1-24 gh 5 ius a day 5 days on 2 days off
wk 21 -24 test cyp 500mgs a week (i like test to be the last to clear my system)...
As far as useing the igf ,pin the area you last workout with,and rotate the areas you pin based on the muscle you last trained.
Say you train biceps hit that area 20mcg pwo each bicep(mon)
tues you train shoulders last, pin the delts 20mcgs each delt
wed no workout
Thursday last muscle...
You kinda have to be careful on the bluetops ,cause there are some plants produceing 6-7 iu vials and selling them as 10iu viles.
That doesnt seem like much but it is a common plant scam,and it does make a diffrence.
Thats why you hear of bros fingers getting numb on 4 ius and then you hear...
