    how about lgd and rad for bulking?

    Looking for some tips and advice on using lgd and rad. My main goal is to bulk up. I’m 145 lbs and 24 years old. If I can gain 10 or 20 lbs, that would be beautiful. I plan on increasing my calories and training at least six times a week. Do you think that 20 mg of each with work Good for 12 weeks?
