I never used it but have always been curious. One reason people use it is to stretch the fascia and promote the growth of new muscle tissue. And then there's the tards that use it instead of lifting. Anyone ever use it?
Some guys on another board were talking about Hst training. They say its aimed at size instead of strength and safer. Don't know much about it but thought I'd throw it out there.

10 weeks and now your thinking about PCT? Always get your pct lined up first. You can't just wing this stuff. If you jump in without a clue you can ruin your whole endo system. Just look around on every board and see how many guys like you screwed up and are not stuck on TRT or HRT for life...
I'm a member on another board where most of the guys compete. The popular census is to blast and cruise and take enough test to grow. A lot of them don't go over 500mgs a week unless there a lean 280. They blast at 500mgs then cruise for a couple weeks at 200mgs for 2-3 weeks then blast again...
