    There is no way I could survive on 4-5 hrs, just won't happen.. I feel miserable if I don't get at least 6.. and I know it's hard to catch up.. You just need to take a few days off from everything and get your sleep pattern back on track and then you will be fine.. but damn brotha 4-5 hours...

    For those of you that work out in the mornings...

    I workout at 630am, not as early as you but I usually just do a whey shake with bcaa 5000, glass of orange juice. Then bring a water bottle filled with propel or crystal light fitness mix and bcaa 5000. Sometimes though depending If I am hungry at the time I will do oatmeal and or fiber cereal.
