Agree, your family history plays a HUGE roll in that for sure.. That's why studies are so hard to come by with a solid answer. There are just so many variables in trying to determine the facts.. Someone would have to come across say a group of 10 to 20 people who have no family history of any...
What are they considering long term, 10 + years or even greater? Good article but there are so many variables. What if you have someone who has used 20+ years, one cycle a year at low dosages compared to someone that has used for 10+ years and never gets off? That's what I think makes this hard...
You should try some natural herb shit in the meantime until you can get to a doctor. All the medications are prescribed and highly controlled to say the least..
One natural remedy that comes to mind is St. John Wort - no clue how well they work but they have tons of studies that show some...
I am taking the EAS mass factor post workout shake. I don't know if it's exactly what you want. Sounds like you want the actual weight gainers, I do think those are junk..I've tried them once before and all I felt was bloat. This stuff has 52g protein and I think 550 cals. I personally only do...
I was taking Zoloft for about 8 years for social anxiety, not depression but it is used to threat depression as well. I do not know how severe yours is but I can tell you. Taking Zoloft was not that big of a deal and it helped tremendously to the point where I was able to get off of it a year...
I thought McNabb already stated he would like TO back? I don't see anyone really taking a chance with TO anymore unless they are in dire needs of a receiver.. He is old now and should just retire.. He's had brick hands for the past few years.
I use the Pumas as well..great grip for legs on certain machines. I will wear running shoes when and if I run on the treadmill, but besides that Pumas all day.
I just started taking Hawthorne Berry in my daily supplement routine for the first time ever. Maybe it's just in my head but I usually have heart palpitations at least 3 days a week.. Since I have been taking this stuff they are completely gone.. I did not expect this result from such a simple...
There is no way I could survive on 4-5 hrs, just won't happen.. I feel miserable if I don't get at least 6.. and I know it's hard to catch up.. You just need to take a few days off from everything and get your sleep pattern back on track and then you will be fine.. but damn brotha 4-5 hours...
I actually looked at your site first and did a search for coconut oil and no results returned, so I assumed you just didn't have it. That is why I linked to bb.com.. Now I see that you do have it :satan:
Edit: I'm actually going to order those two from you.. I see you can use that coconut oil...
I workout at 630am, not as early as you but I usually just do a whey shake with bcaa 5000, glass of orange juice. Then bring a water bottle filled with propel or crystal light fitness mix and bcaa 5000. Sometimes though depending If I am hungry at the time I will do oatmeal and or fiber cereal.
