the naringin (spelling?) found in grapefruit is why you eat it. beverly international includes grapefruit in most pre contest diets. this ingredient is also found in many fat burners on the market.
the sugar is pretty low but the fucking glycerine and glycerlean is what kills ya. i believe it is converted to sugar almost instantly. maybe i am wrong but this is from a pretty credible source. anyone else know about this?
at 232 just under 7%-i think-i was at 7.2% two weeks ago before i started my contest diet. things are going pretty good so far. but that hunger is starting to settle in.
