    cool, yea my triceps are getting bigger which is really nice after 2 weeks. I can definitely notice a difference. Not much but something at least. The leaning factor helps a lot too.

    I have had to up my calories about 15-20% since taking the IGF-1 and that is probably the reason why i need to eat more. I think most of those calories are carbs. Yea i forgot about the veggies. I will try to find some I like more (corn, maybe carrot sticks) and include them with the meals...

    Assembly line food is good to make. Just make everything on sunday and you have food for the week. it should last. I used to do breakfast burritos but I bet these Turkey Burritos with Rice, beans, and a whole wheat tortilla with salsa would be a good pre/post workout meal. or even breakfast...

    So it looks like a small group of us (4-5) all started IGF-1 within the last week or 2. Keep your journals updated, and let us know your dosing schedule is, as it may help us out. Keep up the hard work.

    yes, i have had that happen last year when i took some. It usually clears up in 4-6 days. maybe sooner.
