cool, yea my triceps are getting bigger which is really nice after 2 weeks. I can definitely notice a difference. Not much but something at least. The leaning factor helps a lot too.
I know I am getting a ton of fiber from the oats, and whole wheat bread. I am definitely going to add some green veggies in there. -thanks guys.

ah ok. I am not on a contest diet, just trying to get in shape for a personal goal. Never been below id say 11% bodyfat and now I have the dedication and motivation to do so. So close.
I have had to up my calories about 15-20% since taking the IGF-1 and that is probably the reason why i need to eat more. I think most of those calories are carbs.
Yea i forgot about the veggies. I will try to find some I like more (corn, maybe carrot sticks) and include them with the meals...
I started 04/23/2008 at 20% bodyfat and around 220 lbs.
Im 210 lbs, 13% bodyfat, And I have been on this diet for about 7 weeks. I have had great results on it. I drop about 1% bodyfat per week, and I started IGF-1 1.5 weeks ago. So let me know what you think about my current diet.

Assembly line food is good to make. Just make everything on sunday and you have food for the week. it should last. I used to do breakfast burritos but I bet these Turkey Burritos with Rice, beans, and a whole wheat tortilla with salsa would be a good pre/post workout meal. or even breakfast...
So it looks like a small group of us (4-5) all started IGF-1 within the last week or 2. Keep your journals updated, and let us know your dosing schedule is, as it may help us out. Keep up the hard work.
Damn still sick. Feeling a little better. I AM keeping up with my workouts and DIET. Took Thursday off. Working out and doing Cardio over the weekend (sick or not). Still doing my daily injections of 50 mcg in triceps. Switching every day.

so you were on IGF from 4/28-5/28, And im assuming your going to get back on in the next few days? Whats your plan, are you going to run it for 3 months? Are you currently bulking, maintaining, or leaning out?
BAH! I got sick yesterday, have a really sore throat, kind of feel like crap. Took the day off today from the gym. I will be back tomorrow, hopefully.
I do feel lethargic if I don't eat enough which can be a problem because I am, dieting. I started the IGF-1 at 206.8 lbs and I now weight 210...
