What extra benefits are you guys looking for by taking the slin. I used it before but did not notice that much difference. I did feel lightheaded and sick once from not getting enough carbs. That sure did not feel too good. Didn't really mess with it anymore after that!

I usually just train them all in one shot. Except that I have started doing calves 2x a week. I just like to get them out of the way. I train them on my day off so that if it crushes me I have little worries he he!
Got a killer leg day in last saturday. 185 for 15 on front squat 900 for 15 on leg presses. I started wearing thin there but finished up with stiff leg deads leg curls, leg extensions then calves. After that I was cooked. Just had to lay down to catch my breath and keep from puking!
