Really only interested in mass builders at this time. I'm an ectomorph and can cut up pretty easy. It's putting on the size that's always been difficult. Even on something like DboI don't hold a lot of water or put on 10 pounds of bloat. Never had and estrogen problem or progresterone problem...

I have some past experience with d-bok. zero experience with Anadrol. I was always under the impression that Anadrol gave more sides with less results. Now I'm not so sure.

Well I do believe that energy drinks can be somewhat addictive if you want to use the term, cause and effect correlation of this "research" is laughable at best.
I've taken high doses back in the day and still never had this problem but I always ate clean I have met a lot of guys who had this problem and they didn't eat very clean I believe that caused a lot of it. So drt had a point about the diet.
Im at about 3200 calories right now and I'm barely maintaining my weight. Im only 180lbs 8% bf and 6 foot.

Do you guys have any tips for increasing your appetite? I've always found things that decrease my appetite but never found anything that works to increase it. Besides smoking pot. Which I can't be doing everyday lol. So what has worked for you guys?

On the lagging body parts that you train more frequently, do you keep the workouts the same everyday?
For example do you do the same sets and Reps and exercises for biceps all four times in a week? Or maybe two low-volume days and two high volume or perhaps a high rep day and a low rep day?
