Thx for the replies. Dpile, ive never done german volume training. I plan on trying it this winter. Ive heard it's pretty tough. What was your experience?
As the title states....how often do you switch things up? What do you change? Reps? Volume? Etc.
And if you switch things up, why? Injuries? Plateau? Just get bored?
I had a trainer recommend mct oil to me. I currently take 6 tablespoons a day. I find it an easy way to add calories so actually use it for adding weight. It is a very unique fat and obviously believe in the benefits of it.
